A lot can happen over coffee ! ! !

Turmoil, chaos, dither... yes, many of us would definitely associate ourselves with such synonymous states of mind at times.
Reasons, factors and causes that lead the mind to the clamor that follows, are yes, innumerable again.
Like everyone, everytime does... respond to such a situation, not necessarily in the most correct way . But, One thing i did today, when muh mind was out of order in such a turbulent state was... but of course, to let go !

And, to top it all, a call from a close one coming over, to take you out for a coffee.. is just an icing on the cake :)

So, after trying to calm down the storm roaring in my head(god only knows why such a state the head went into in the first place) i stepped out, for the exciting evening... imagine.. getting decked up, having ur close ones pickin u up, n then, the ecstatic coffee..

All credit to coffee day, for the superb tag line-"a lot can happen over a coffee".
A die-hard coffee fan that i am, the excellent outlet i had been to, along with the amazing talks that we had over coffee... the coffee n the bond(between me and my friend) just got stronger n stronger.

(hey, dont assume that i am show casing CCD out here... I dint even go to a CCD, it was another, coffee shop)

turmoil, chaos.... was how i started writing this post, n now, u can see how things have changed into ecstacy, bonding and above all "no disordered state of the mind".
Yes, the true essence of writing this text here was, to tell you all, how lettin go helped, in ways more than one. Dont let disorder of the mind dictate terms for how u should act. Rather, let go of it n take charge. Probably, a nice environment, with some nice coffee aroma, n one of ur close pals... n yes, everything looks so straightened up !

Try it out pals... it might just work :)

Cheers !!!

It surely does
Ah, I was the lucky fellow mentioned in the post! "Letting Go" helps. Other things I picked up from our chat included:
-- Dont say "I WANT to do ...", just DO it!
-- Dont let you past screw your present, by exercising your "choice", assuming your "responsibilities" and acknowledging your "successes"
